Leon County’s newest recreational park facility, known as the Northeast Park, is an expansive new site containing various ball fields, playing courts, stormwater facilities, and access roads from Centerville Road in Tallahassee, Florida. JBE was hired to lead all sitework for the project including site clearing, grading, filling, and construction of various infrastructure improvements for the park. The park is being constructed by the Blueprint Intergovernmental Agency and is slated to open in 2027.
Arbor Vineyards is a substantial new apartment complex being developed and built by Arbor Properties. JBE was engaged by Arbor to lead all site development at this exciting new residential development near Interstate 10 and Mahan Drive in Tallahassee, Florida.
